Breakfast had a good variety. Some foods were changed daily too e.g. pancakes, crepes and waffles on the different days we stayed. Restaurant food was also delicious and staff were extremely accommodating - we arrived late from travelling with a very hungry toddler and they fit us in and prepared her a quality meal very quickly. Rooms were so spacious with a lounge type eating area with sofas. We also had patio doors leading straight to outside. All of the rooms connected by underground tunnels so if it was cold we didn't have to venture outside to get back from restaurant - same for the underground car park. The outside space for children is brilliant - a lovely sized park with a large sandpit outside the beer garden. They also had an indoor children's play area with a wide variety of toys. We also enjoyed accessing the swimming pool which also features a small toddler sized pool.

Leon at the front desk was great! Explained everything during check in/out with a smile! The hotel grounds were very pretty with the Biergarten out back. Cute playground for the kids. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony to relax on. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. So much to choose from and delicious. Staff was very pleasant and restaurant was spotless. Underground tunnels connecting rooms with pool/spa/gym were quite interesting. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the amenities. Location was on the edge of town close to Olympic Park.

The way that everything is connected through the basement makes it very interesting walking around and discovering the site. The room spacing is great and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide selection and a vibrant atmosphere in the morning. It makes up to what we didn't like at the hotel.

Pros: • The gym is fantastic, and there’s a great sauna and even a tennis court! • The rooms are always very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. • The restaurant is amazing! We highly recommend booking both breakfast and dinner – everything was delicious. • The staff in the restaurant were excellent – very friendly and attentive.
